Twelve years in the classroom taught me how people actually learn. Instructional design gives me the tools to build for it — intentionally, accessibly, and with the learner at the center.
To create learning experiences that are clear, organized, and focused on the learner. I draw on my background in elementary education to anticipate challenges and design instruction that builds confidence and growth — making sure objectives, instruction, and assessment work together, and that accessibility and usability come first.
To design learning ecosystems that scale — partnering with organizations that value the learner's perspective and make space for discovery, testing, and refinement. I'm deepening skills in learner research, information architecture, and accessibility so learning isn't only effective, but intuitive to navigate and easy to revisit.
